Jedna z nich posiada wyhaftowany monogram w postaci ozdobnej litery 'N' (nawiązuje do żony pianisty, Neli). Druga wyhaftowana została przez córkę pianisty, Ewę Rubinstein. Na chusteczce, w dwóch przeciwległych rogach, znajdują się: słowo 'Papa' oraz element graficzny w postaci osy.

One of them has an embroidered monogram in the form of an ornamental letter 'N' (referring to the pianist's wife, Nela). The other was embroidered by the pianist's daughter, Ewa Rubinstein. On the handkerchief, in two opposite corners, are the word 'Papa' and a graphic element in the form of a wasp.
- The handkerchief (a red miniature on a silver ribbon) was received by Arthur Rubinstein in France in 1971, after the pianist was awarded the Order of the Legion of Honor. In addition, a small fabric pouch tied with a string with embroidered initials "AR.",
